About Me
Hi, I’m Esmée Iris, a passionate Handpan Teacher & Sound Healer. I learned to play the handpan through the Malte Marten Method, which deeply shaped my approach to music. Now, as a certified teacher, I guide others on their own journey with this beautiful instrument. My teaching style is intuitive and heart-centered, helping students connect with the handpan in an authentic way.

What You Will Learn
These lessons are perfect for beginners and focus on the three pillars of the Malte Marten Method:
- Harmony – Understanding how notes interact
- Rhythm – Developing timing and flow
- Melody – Creating musical phrases and improvising within a chosen structure

You’ll also learn basic handpan techniques, music theory, and how to express yourself freely through this instrument.

Lesson Options & Prices
- Private Lesson (1:1) – €40 per hour
- Package of 10 Lessons – €350
- Duo Lesson (1:2) – €60 per hour (€30 per person)
- Package of 10 Duo Lessons – €525 (€262.50 per person)

You don’t need to bring your own handpan, but you’re welcome to if you have one. I teach exclusively on a D Kurd handpan.
