My name is Hiroo.tachibana. I live in Nara, Japan. This is a sacred place for practitioners, a sacred place for the gods of music, performing arts, art, and water, and a place overflowing with energy.

I was born and raised here. 21 years ago I established a space called “Sora” and use music, singing bowls, and handpans to provide healing to those who need it, making everything myself, including textiles, natural stones, and home-grown vegetables.

I have been doing sound healing with singing bowls for 15 years. I discovered and acquired a handpan 7 years ago. I love the handpan.

I decided that I wanted to be able to express myself as if I were having a conversation with the handpan, so I got my ticket to Marte's handpan lessons and teacher training.

I am truly grateful to Malte, the MMM team, and all the MMM members for letting me go on this journey.
